Every project starts with a site visit and a detailed brief, followed by a written quote that breaks down what’s included. Once agreed, we handle any planning or Building Regulations applications needed before work starts on site.
On site, work runs in a fixed trade sequence — groundworks, structure, first-fix services, insulation and plastering, then second-fix and finishing — with regular updates so you know what’s happening and when.
The project ends with a formal snagging walkthrough and handover, including certification for any electrical, gas or structural work carried out, so you have a complete paper trail for your records or for a future sale.
