Snagging is the process of walking through a finished project and listing anything that isn’t quite right — a paint touch-up, a door that doesn’t close cleanly, a socket cover sitting slightly proud of the wall. On any project of real size, some snagging items are normal, not a sign of poor work.
What matters is how they’re handled afterwards. We build a formal snagging walkthrough into every project before handover, with a written list and a clear timeframe for fixes, rather than leaving it to an informal “let us know if anything comes up.”
