Enquiry & Quote Request Data
When you fill in our Contact or Request a Quote forms, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and details of your project. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you go ahead, to plan and deliver the work.
Shop Account & Order Data
If you create an account or place an order in our online shop (for hot tubs, saunas, swim spas or ice baths), we collect the information needed to process the order and arrange delivery: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order history. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
Comments
When you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
Google Analytics

5. Who Has Access To Your Data
If you have not contacted us or placed an order, we do not hold any personal information about you beyond anonymous analytics. If you have submitted an enquiry or placed an order, your personal information can be accessed by:- RJS Innovative Building Ltd staff who need it to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order.
- Trusted service providers who help us operate the site or deliver orders (such as our website host, payment provider and delivery couriers), who are only given the information they need to perform their service.

Enquiry and quote request data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the duration of the project plus a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and after-care purposes.
Order and invoice data is retained for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (currently at least 6 years).
If you have a shop account, you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, financial records).
8. Security Measures
We use SSL/HTTPS across our site. This encrypts communication between your browser and our server so that personal information is not intercepted by unauthorised third parties in transit.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will take immediate steps to secure our systems, assess the impact, notify affected individuals where required, and report to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where the law requires us to do so.

Social media icons and links do not connect you to any third party site unless you explicitly click on them.

It may occasionally become necessary for RJS Innovative Building Ltd, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government or regulatory authority, or to comply with a legal obligation.
