A quote based on photos or a brief description alone can only ever be a rough estimate, because so much of the real cost of a renovation depends on things you can’t see from a description — wall construction, existing drainage runs, structural condition, access for materials and skips.
Our site surveys check exactly these things before we put a number on paper, which is why our quotes tend to hold up once work starts, rather than growing with “unforeseen” costs that a proper survey would have caught in the first place.
