What Makes a Renovation Team Actually Work Well Together

A renovation involves a lot of different people passing through your home in a specific order — groundworkers, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, and finally decorators and fitters. If that sequence breaks down, so does the schedule.

What actually keeps a project on track is less glamorous than any individual trade: clear scheduling, trades who know what the next person needs from them, and a main point of contact who catches problems before they become delays.

That’s the role we take on every project — coordinating the sequence, keeping you updated on progress, and making the calls when something needs adjusting on site, so you’re not the one chasing five different tradespeople to find out what’s happening.
